Our Gourmet tamales are made by hand one tamale at a time. None of this happened overnight, and none of it came from cutting corners. Authenticity, for us, is about flavor, balance, and integrity, not simply traditional. Our gourmet tamales rely on skilled hands, proper ingredients, and time.
